Shipping & Delivery Policy
At Fieldhouse Apparel, we work hard to make sure your order gets to you quickly and reliably.
Processing Times
- In-Stock Items: Orders containing items we have on hand will ship within 48 hours (business days).
- Custom & Back Stock Items: Orders with custom-decorated apparel or items that need to be restocked will ship once production is complete. Production timelines vary based on order size and decoration method, and we’ll provide updates as your order progresses.
Shipping Methods & Rates
- We ship via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order, destination, and chosen delivery method.
- Free local pickup is available at our Owasso store location.
Delivery Times
- Delivery times depend on your selected shipping method and carrier. Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3–7 business days.
- Tracking information will be sent to you via email as soon as your order has shipped.
Split Shipments
If your order contains both in-stock items and custom/back stock items, we may ship them together once the order is complete. In some cases, we may split the shipment to get part of your order to you faster.
Local Pickup
- You may select “Local Pickup” at checkout.
